Your Personal Best Training System is state-of-the-art training for professional adults. Things have changed; walls have come down, literally and figuratively. Yet most education for adults is still being delivered in a manner that is ineffective and fails to provide the elements necessary for adults to learn.

Your Personal Best Training System was specifically designed to build on individual strengths by combining information delivery with real world, real-time experience. Productive activity and training intersect and knowledge and experience combine to form understanding.

The system has been in development for over two decades and will continue to evolve as changes occur in the way we live, work, play and conduct personal business.

It serves two main purposes. It provides a model for the development of personal service business, while assisting the Associates in developing and understanding the myriad of technical and legal details involved in the activities of a real estate licensee.

The system was developed with an awareness of the way in which adults actually learn; lengthy classroom sessions are not very effective in creating a learning experience. Instead, a series of brief meetings, combined with field experience over a period of several weeks, have proven to be extremely effective in helping practitioners adapt to the realities of the business. Adults learn more by doing than by sitting.
